Farewell
to Bread Naturally
|
| Goodbye
and Thank you |
Bread
Naturally has now ceased trading as a commercial business.
Thank you very much for your custom and enthusiasm for real bread in all its
forms!
I
am now selling my equipment at reasonable prices. So if
you are an artisan baker looking for some handy bits of kit, please
download the price list and contact
me for further details. If you can't
come and collect, carriage costs will be on top. As I've now VAT
de-registered, there is no VAT in these prices. Take a look at pictures of the kit in my Picasa web photo album

FUTURE
PLANS
Susannah
Silver, the baker who set up Bread Naturally will continue to bake
and demonstrate as part of community fundraising
in Kirriemuir . If you would like her to help support your
organisation please
get in touch.
Community enterprise bakery
Tayside needs artisan bakeries for food diversity and
economic growth. Traditional baking is a brilliantly sustainable way of involving
the
community. It gives
opportunities to all age-groups to learn social, practical and transferable
skills. It’s sociable, fun and creative.
A community bakery enables local people to have a say in
producing quality food, and creates a demand
for local small food suppliers, and small local shops – which in turn
produces a sustainable local economy and a nice place to live.
Susannah Silver is looking for collaborators interested in exploring ideas
around setting up a community bakery in or near Kirriemuir. If you think
you would like to
be
part of this or you have some expertise you would like to share, please get
in touch. |
